More like he simply has a little lucky run for a week or two, around once every year or so.
Unlike Caufield's play, some things always stay the same, per example the continuous source of shitty post this guy does.

what's astonishing is how deep Molson's pockets are and this still happened. The rumours of Bergevin being a pathological, control freak were clearly trueAlso...based on Eric Engels' interview with Jeff Gorton, the whole front office was a complete dumpster fire. Understaffed, no skill coaches, no analytics, no contact (outside of Bergevin himself) with the players and their families. The whole thing has been a disaster and the first half of this year was the culmination of all that. Big lessons for other teams out there.
This didn't age did it... He's probably our best playmaker... something most people didn't see coming.. I did.. he's to good to fail at playmaking at the NHL level and guys like zegras love him.. I for one was scared when DOM was shrinking him making him look smaller, but now that hes got a good coach to help the young man navigate the pro world..This is what happens when you get a 5’6 one dimensional winger and try and make him play in the NHL before he’s ready
UhuhJust another prima donna who didnt like his coach and stopped caring /trying,
Now that he got what he wanted hes back to trying/caring

He’s your problem nowJust one of the reasons why I'm worried about his involvement with the Kings.
It aged just fine. Congrats on a good string of games though. This didn't age did it... He's probably our best playmaker... something most people didn't see coming.. Who exactly ???Kind of laughable that some are in here labeling him a superstar, after a handful of good games.
Let's pump the breaks on the nonsense superstar labels around here.

1 g - 7 a in 29 games when it was posted.It aged just fine.
Where is it even saying that in here? The responses have been centered on the fact that its nice to see him playing a lot better under MSL and that DD perhaps contributed a fair bit to his struggles.Kind of laughable that some are in here labeling him a superstar, after a handful of good games.

I mean, Cheese is cheese. It aged just fine. Congrats on a good string of games though.
And most of those goals where probably self assisted.1 g - 7 a in 29 games when it was posted.
5 g - 3 a in 7 games since it was posted.
The OP aged well ???
I’ve never been a massive fan, but he is undoubtedly an NHL talent. There just are not that many guys alive who can finish like him and his playmaking is also superb. I see him as a 25-25 guy most seasons with a few season around PPG
Until he scores 100 goals in 5 gamesHow long does he need to keep going before we can tell the haters they were the ones overreacting on a small sample size of him playing poorly?
