What should LA do at the deadline?

Chychrun and Crouse would be really nice additions. 2 1st round picks, Vilardi, Andersson, JAD, Grundstrom, Grans, Roy, Walker. Arizona can pick some or take it all and call it a day

Send the hometown boy back in Iafallo, a first, some sort of combo of Roy/Walker + Grans/Spence and a forward prospect? Hell, I probably wouldn't have any issue sending two firsts. I rather blow them on someone like Power than whoever we may get fleeced for at the TDL

It would start with Clarke and continue to get real expensive.

Owen Power would be really sweet to have. Big, physical, left shot D, though an unknown at the NHL level.

I'm guessing it would cost an arm and leg, or butt cheek.

AA can do the Iafallo stuff and more for way cheaper.
Roy can also be easily replaced by what we already have.

I would trade Iafallo and sign AA instead to 2 mill.
With those ridiculous and unrealistic asking prices these days we might even ask for three 1st rounders

How is his signing a headache? His play this season is worth $5.8M on open market. You realize Iafallo is one of the best forwards in the league defensively.

Dude's massively underrated by this fan base. AA cannot do what AI does night in and night out and "way" cheaper.

I haven't been here in a couple years but never change HF with the bad takes lol.

The powerplay would instantly have success. Kane has 6 ppg and 23 ppp. He's been on a tear of late....6 pts vs Ducks recently. 1 more year at 10.5 million. He just doesn't seem like an LA type of guy and not sure he would want to come here. Would have to have cap going there. Iafallo + AA (just for cap reasons...maybe add Maattaa back too, for cap) would be apx 9 million and then add 2 prospects and #1.
 
Since its a sellers market - I think Blake should try to get some extra value out of his assets...Kempe having a career year, his value might never be higher... With the assets obtained, flip them over the summer for a scoring wing and not worry about dealing with an inflated contract negotiation based on 1 good season.

Hey guys! Long time lurker(since 04 when graduating H.S..oof im old) This team reminds me of the 01 kings where they can maybe get lucky and win the first round in the playoffs, but then get sent home by the second showing they don't belong. I don't think Blake will make a big move this trade deadline, I'm hoping maybe Chara for Pitts 3rd, and a 4th( maybe islanders will get a better offer tho) but not to give up to much this deadline and see what the kids can do. Also for chychrun I'd be okay with trading for.

Maybe:
Hate to trade-Vilardi (injury worries like JC aswell?!)
M. Anderson/S. Walker (not sold on either)
T. Madden(no space for him)

It's my first post please be gentle

I can’t see Chara coming to LA. Doesn’t seem to want to stray from the East.

I do wonder about Vilardi’s future as a King. One of my favorite prospects but I don’t think LA likes his pace. It wouldn’t shock me if he is traded.

Is the 01 team the one that upset Colorado? I liked Andy Murray. Bum deal he didn’t get another crack in NHL after his stint in STL.

That Kings 2001 ride, albeit short, was such a fun ride. After several years of not making the playofss (& then making it a couple times without even winning a game), it was awesome to see. That COL series so a blast...even though we lost in 7. That year kinda pulled me back and saved me from some bad LA Kings / Hockey thoughts.

Tell me about it...

So, here's my brief history of Kings fandom...I got into hockey and the Kings in the 93-94 season (yeah, just missing the epic SCF run)...I quickly became hooked, addicted, you name it. From there on out, all I dreamed about was to see the Kings in a playoff game...so do the math, only took like 5 years to see one...only for them to get swept in 1st round (98). Then, they miss the next season, make it back in 00, and get swept again! LOL, took 6-7 years to witness my first Kings playoff win. That was a rough ride, but I learned to appreciate when things are good...like this season.
