What is your most homer and least homer opinion?

Homer: Timothy Liljegren is going to be widely seen as the Leafs best defenseman by season's end and a legitimate top pairing guy.

Least Homer: Morgan Rielly is one of the most over rated players in the NHL.

MH: Pittsburgh could still win the cup next year with a star acquisition with the way they played last playoffs

LH: Hextall is doing nothing remarkable to improve the roster and therefore ruins last elite years of Letang and Crosby. I would rather to have Rutherford back than seeing Hextall acquiring borderline fourth liners

A rookie D won't win Norris and Conn Smyth is your hot take? The rest of the Sens fans must think you're crazy with this wild unlikely prediction.

He's just bitter some have him penciled into the lineup next season, it's weird.

MH: Vancouver has one of the deepest forward groups in the league

LH: Bo Horvat is poor defensively, a bland and boring leader and the idealization of him by many of the Canucks fanbase is a testament to the futility and low standards of the past 50 years.

Most Homer
- Edmonton is a legitimate Stanley Cup contender as long as McDavid and Draisaitl are healthy
- Darnell Nurse is a legitimate #1 defenseman and is only mildly overpaid, like Werenski and Jones

Least homer
- Even with overhauling our goaltending, I am worried about our ability to make big saves.

MH: Mitch Marner is the 2nd best winger in hockey right now, only Kucherov is ahead.

LH: The depth is not good enough to win. They need Robertson/Knies to graduate soon or they'll be in trouble during the playoffs again

Artem Zub is one of the most underrated defenseman in the league.

Nikita Zaitsev is going to play much better this year and make Sens fans glad that we were unable to dump his contract.

MH: Kuzmenko will be an electric, exciting player capable of 50+ points in his first NHL season.

LH: Brock Boeser is a slow and frustrating player, outside of his typical 25 goals, and I really want him traded.

Homer opinion: The Sens have enough young defensive talent in Brannstrom, Thomson, and Jacob Bernard Docker (not to mention Sanderson) ready to step up and fill the top 4 D spot.

Least homer opinion: All the roster improvements might not be enough if lackluster coaching gets us off to another bad start.

MH: Hellebuyck's elite goaltending and even further improvements from stars Connor and Ehlers are going to lead us to the playoffs

LH: There's something weird going on behind the scenes and we might need to get rid of Wheeler and/or Scheifele before the team can be fixed

- Homer take: I think when his career is over in ~15 years from now, Cale Makar goes down as the best Dman of all time and the best player of this generation. Ahead of Orr and McDavid. Talking ~5x Norris Trophy Winner, 1-2x Hart Trophy Winner, and if Colorado can win a second or third cup, he'll be a 2x Conn Smythe Trophy winner as well.

- Least Homer take: On the flip side, I think Bowen Byram is incredibly overrated by Avs fans. Many view him as a future #1D himself(A couple even think he's going to be better then Makar and he's already a #1D)... Personally I'm not even convinced he ends up being a Top pairing guy when all is said and done. He wont bust outright, But I think he's much closer to a middle pairing guy then a #1.

MH - Edvinsson will become another Seider (winner of the Calder Trophy)

LH - Larkin is a #2C on most teams

MH: 40 goals for Caufield / 70 points for Suzuki / Career year for the Powerhorse Josh Anderson

LH: We're going to get spanked in the Atlantic. Top 3 bottom feeder team in the league

Homer: Fox is the best d-man in the world

non-homer: Shesterkin is the best goalie in the world (everyone knows this and agrees)

Most Homer - If Sergachev were in a team situation where he was asked to be the #1 on a bad team, people would view him in the same vein as guys like Chychrun, Chabot, and to a lesser extent Werenski. He does not make more "mistakes" than guys like that, but because Tampa has an expectation of winning when he makes them they are put under a microscope, and his offense stuck behind a hall of fame defenseman would put him solidly in the 50-60 point range if he had PP1 time and top offensive deployment.

Least Homer - Stamkos is an all-time disappointing playoff performer (although this last postseason - despite not having a ton of points - was solid and his best ever). He is very fortunate to be on the team he is on because otherwise he would get Joe Thornton-level flak.

Most Homer: Huberdeau + Weegar will be a more effective pair of players this season than Gaudreau and Tkachuk were.

Least Homer: The Flames lack a true #1D and so will struggle defensively now that we lack the offensive skill to make up for it.

Most Homer - Quinn, Power and Peterka all finish in the top 5 for Calder voting.

Least Homer - Buffalo is still too young to make any serious push for the playoffs, and will only make incremental progress this season.
