Draisaitl is a vastly superior player and a much better passer. McDavid is a selfish pucckhog who isn't even that good, if you take away his otherworldly speed.

The Oilers are 31st in the league for high danger shooting percentage. Opposing goalies have been good and Oilers wingers have been unable to convert, as usual. McDavid covered for it last year by scoring 60+ himself but he hasn't appeared to have that in him since a late season crosscheck against Vegas last year.

Crosby played 7 years with a wrist injury caused by Reaves and eventually needed surgery
15 years and counting with an ankle injury that permanently affected his skating and can't heal
