He's an awesome player to have. He's durable, he's a ring rat, and sneakily he might be our agitator. He's starting to show some offense, and gaining confidence every game. I love him in our lineup!

Love his motor. Not a core piece, yet. Not convinced this is the 3C we are looking for. Ideally he becomes an elite 3rd line wing and PK monster. Would trade for someone like Crouse or Carlo.

our best trade asset until the league realizes he should wear a helmet 24/7 and ride a short bus to practices.

He had a rough game tonight. First time in a long time he's been on the wrong side of the good/bad debate.

Even though this is not Payton Krebs I would like to see a little more Barnaby in him. That might be a bad comparison, how about Marchand or Bennett? I think he could be someone who disrupts the other team and get us 40-50 points but I don't think thats him but it could be.

God I would love to have someone that plays like Bennett, Kucherov or Marchand on our team(not the skill level but style). Even a Mathew Barnaby without the weasel. That element is missing from the sabres.

I like Krebs and like that he improved his defensive play this year. It's definitely needed on this team.

I think he can be a good utility middle 6 player.

But competition is going to be fierce for those roster spots in the next few years, and I think because he's not bigger or faster, he may not win out.

I'm not looking to ship him out now, but if you could find another team that values him as a future top 6 player and wants to trade something good for him, I consider it.

I agree. I think he has a career as a decent 2C someplace else. But we shouldn't trade him this summer unless it's for something huge.
