I've listened to the new Rolling Stones album twice today, and I'm stunned by how good it is. I always loved their 60s and 70s stuff, but they had their decline after that, with the odd good song here and there.

I was expecting another half-hearted lazy release. But this is incredible. Can't believe they came up with something this inspired at their age.

I thought "Tattoo You" (1981) was a really good LP

Basketball star became Gospel Music star. Lost a leg to bone cancer in 2008, lost life in 2009 when radiation treatments caused ruptured esophagus

Gone too soon a couple of weeks before his 45th birthday.

RIP.

I love a cheesy 80s power ballad and don't expect the greatest lyrics, but these might be the worst. :laugh:
