Four players who should all not be back next season. I have a great amount of respect for Trevor Lewis but his value will probably never be higher this summer and the reality is you just don't keep bottom line players for a decade in this league. This roster is just way to stale.

Stahp. Vegas has very little talent. Karlsson never scored more than 15 goals at any level before this season. McNabb is on their top pair. They are an anomaly built through hard work, that’s it.

I know you were a Dean guy, but come on, even you must acknowledge that the roster Blake inherited was a complete and total disaster. Three of the four best players on the team this year were guys Dave Taylor brought in.

Blake needs more than a year to fix up Dean's hideous roster.

Rob isn’t an innovative or even a FO type of guy. He’s been a part of one for a couple years. Stop bringing up Taylor, because the guy had zero, and I mean zero development staff or plan in place. We didn’t even have a functioning offseason program. It was a joke.

It took someone innovative and with a lot of hockey knowledge to bring the right people and change hockey ops. We need to find that type of guy again. Rob isn’t it and Luc needs to go as well, he doesn’t belong in hockey ops.

How did we end up like this? Seriously, we started the game In a way that resembled that team that got 2 cups and then they played just like we got used to. Its time for a full rebuild. DD will go away, not because of money but because of competitiveness. Man, it s***s to see all those chances blown away. Like I said before, we were supposed to be a dinasty. We are not even a playoff team. That really hurts.

Disagree. While maybe at first Rieder shouldn't have been down in the corner, as soon as he was with another King Doughty needed to read and react. When he's staring at two black jerseys battling a guy with the puck and he's not near anyone, there are going to be players open. That's on him for not reacting to the situation in front of him.

Just not enough of anything on the roster. Certainly doesn't help that Carter can't move right now. Or that Toffoli has just, I don't know what.

In principle I agree but you can’t really replace two alleged top six players and a heart and soul guy in one offseason easily. There just aren’t that many options out there.
