Google tells me that the Fiesta Mall site is only 6 miles from Mullett. Is that that big of a deal?
Those are six hard miles.

12 hard minutes in rush hour! Those are six hard miles.

If you're driving from Surprise, 6 more miles is NBD.
LOL. Straight out of the crisis comms playbook.
You'd think so, but compared to that stretch, the preceding 25 miles are a cakewalk.
If you ever drove to Westgate from Chandler or Gilbert on the 10 and hit rush hour at the Stack, you know what I mean.
I use to drive a Super Shuttle out of Sky Harbor.
Holy shit, man - and you aren't a long-term resident of the booby hatch?! Serious props to you, dude, I would never be able to do that.
No. It’s not a big deal. Morgan routinely says 75% of the “premium” ticket buyers (I don’t know what this means) are in the “East Valley”. This location is in the center of the east valley.Google tells me that the Fiesta Mall site is only 6 miles from Mullett. Is that that big of a deal?
Paywalled. Cliff’s?Is Mesa the next city on the Arizona Coyotes' radar? Here's how Mesa leaders are reacting
Arizona Coyotes will need to find a permanent home in the Valley following Tempe voter's rejection. Now eyes are turning to Mesa as possible option.www.azcentral.com
Not much really in this to go on. Other than there are the usual hurdles.
I’m glad they’re going all in with this kind of tweet. It’s fun.Who runs the AZ coyotes twitter? Just when you think you have hit rock bottom someone puts out a tweet like this..
uninformed Canadian media doesnt need anymore ammo..
Not much. Mayor's all for it. Said they also have other sites nearby available if not Fiesta. Couple of council members who responded seen positive. But nothing really happening yet.Paywalled. Cliff’s?

Happy for you. This location is worse than TED. But it’s much, much, much, much better than Glendale.
Is "account hacked" the North American version of "lost in translation"?
So same as when Eurpean Players talk to a reporter back home thinking it will never get back to North America. Most times, it's a euphemism for "Oh shit, I f***ed up but I don't want to take responsibility."
Hmmm. Can we pretend that the Vote was hacked and that we wonLOL. Straight out of the crisis comms playbook.
Interesting read. When the leader of the opposition lays out in professional sense how TempeWins screwed up.[/URL]
What am I missing here as Forbes has him in the top 100 richest Americans and worth over $8 billion??
Lol just stop it, okay? Because that fantasy light rail stops a few hundred yards from my house and goes right to Coyotes games. If Fiesta Mall happens, completing the light rail line to Chandler makes a lot of sense.
I don’t know where that 75% number comes from or what it means. I’m assuming it means “a large majority of Coyotes fans are on the east side”. And if that’s true, then it must also be true that the 101/60 area is “closer” than Westgate for most Coyotes fans, right? That's the important part!!!
Happy for you.
