Yeah they need to shut their ****ing mouths about the reffing. They only have themselves to blame for the loss. Last year they just buried their heads and ignored all the ****** calls that went against them. Makes me start thinking that the Sharks might be in their heads. Lewis really needs to be smarter than that...

Alot of doom and gloom.

We made it to OT in San Jose. They lost two games all season there. Their special teams came through tonight.

Kings are not in top form (and look like they are nursiing some injuries) but I'm not *** giving up.

Sharks are a damn tough team.

Series is close, hell we still have a 2-1 lead.

Not over until someone wins 4 games.

Sutter needed to take a page from the Sharks coach after Game two.

Todd simply said "Took some PK's that needed to be killed, didn't do it".

He didn't even mention the Refs, just took the high road.

Sharks ended the Period with three straight PP's.

Quick never gets calls anyways. He plays too far out of his net.

He gets them when they're deserved, but he was complaining after the first goal when absolutely nothing happened to him. This isn't the first time, this is going on the 10th, 15th, 20th time he's acted like this towards officials. At this point he's becoming the boy who cried wolf. We got on Smith and Doan for crying about calls, Quick has been just as bad about it all season. Gotta call a spade a spade. He will never get the calls he deserves if he keeps whining this much.

I thought all the calls tonight were legit, the Kings are victims of nothing other than their own poor play. Gotta move on.

He won't be getting a call the rest of these playoffs either. He needs to stop whining like Mike Smith.
Absolutely. That's never a winning strategy.

The refs make the calls that are most visible, it's the same in every sport. Lewis's collision with Niemi was too obvious for them not to make a call. If the Sharks are making contact with Quick and pissing him off, then credit to them for making it subtle enough to not get seen. That's how it always works; it's not a secret.

I have no problem with Quick going at the refs. It's a byproduct of being the ultimate competitor. If the rest of the team was showing half his passion and intensity the Kings would be celebrating tonight with a 3-0 series lead.

Sutter doesn't care about this loss. He's made his point to his team. I fully expect a huge effort in game 4.

Refs called the game right tonight except for maybe a little too much JQ abuse.

Brown does the same to opposing Goalies. Ive seen Brown even slew foot a few.

It's part of the game, Quick needs to stop complaining.

For me the concern comes from the fact that the top line is just not working. Players keep saying that they haven't played their best, blah blah, and they've been saying that since the STL series. It shows because they are getting outplayed in almost every single game thus far. I'm just wondering when they'll start playing their best game?

The defensemen outside of Drew have a relatively difficult time transitioning the puck out of the d-zone. This keeps getting them hemmed in. Coupled with the fact that the team sucks on face offs, it compounds the problem.

If the team was getting more chances, and at least sustaining pressure for more than just a few patches here and there, it'd be a little more encouraging. It's great the team is up 2-1, but Quick going beast mode has more to do with that than anything else. How long can he sustain that?

He was getting pushed around all game. It's hard enough to stop so many shots, you think he should deal with being hit in the head too? How often do you see Quick complain like that? Sometimes you've got to speak up. Are we gonna wait until they really end up hitting our best player? Then we'd be completely screwed if he got hurt.

And unless the refs are complete babies they will at least listen to Quick. If they just go back and look at the game they'll see how many times the Sharks crossed the line.

Seriously comparing him to Mike Smith? The guy who does backflips every time someone brushes past him? Come on.

I'm hoping for Game 4:

-Pearson out
-Nolan in
-Martinez in
-Ellbery/Muzzin out, at least one of them
-Jesus Christ I wish we had Matt Greene back when did he turn into Havlat?
-No more whining about officials from the team

OK, I am happy for Tanner Pearson to have his debut tonight, but it is time for him to sit down. I rather play Nolan in his place.
Toffoli in the other hand is well deserved to be in the line up.

I hope the Kings can find a way to just roll 3 d next game. Always having 2 of Voynov/Doughty/Scuderi on the ice would be swell

I give Kudos to the Sharks for playing Quick tough like that.

Still didn't work, he stopped every even strength shot.
