I don't think it was a gift call, clear trip. Refs missed calls on both sides... I rather blame the piss poor performance in the first half for the loss.

Better team won tonight.

Great game in Colorado tonight. One of the 2nd rounds best. Colorado is dangerous every time they are in the offensive zone, but so is SJ. Jones has played much better, so far he’s the difference maker. If this was regular season Jones, different story.

The Avs need some D structure, I always find them disoriented and thus turning the puck over.

How many high sticks got missed this game? How many slew foots? These aren't even grey area calls that are up to the refs discretion. Barrie gets hauled down in the last minute and they just look the other way. ****ing pathetic.

They got a PP with 3 minutes left in the game with a chance to tie it. What else do you want? They had two PP's in that 3rd period. And I am sure the Avs got away with alot also.

The altitude thing is way overblown. It's not nearly as much of a factor as you would think.

You lose acclimation quickly, so the Avs returning home, and San Jose coming into Denver, puts them on a level playing field.

Refs didn’t cost us the game. The Avs themselves did with those horrible turnovers and terrible PP our 2nd PP unit was better tonight. We’re lucky that Sharks PP is still not working though. Great game Sharks onto the next.
