I used to praise Bednar for his willingness to mix it up when things weren't going right. Nowadays he just doubles down until his hand is forced by something, ie. injury.

It’s a double edged sword. He didn’t force Johansen into playing 15-20 minutes when it wasn’t deserved. Yes, it highlights inconsistency but at least he didn’t stick with Johansen as a 2C.
