The Kings did beat the Rangers on Friday the 13th to win that 2nd Cup. That might explain things since that moment.
 
None of these lines have clicked all series and Sutter has stuck with the same failed combinations. Can someone explain the logic behind this strategy? Anyone?

I remember when Scotty Bowman would constantly tinker with his lines, depending on the situation. Sutter seems to have given up. We're getting the same results from the same lineup, zero sustained pressure and offensive zone time from thus collective group.
 
They checked out when they clinched, thinking they could just flip that switch and get it back. Well, I guess they didn't learn anything from last season.
 
How do they look worse then when they played the Sharks with Stoll as our first line center that one year.
