Forbort is just as good or better than Gravel, and is used to playing the left side. Gravel is like Martinez and usually only plays the right side even though hes left handed. Gravel is only plus 4 in 55 games with the Reign, on a team where plus minus is much higher for lots of players. He is not all world, and has some weaknesses. Contrast that with Forbort sitting at plus 13 in 40 games, McDermid sitting at plus 24 in 56 games, and Loverde at plus 19 in 56 games. He does give up some goals. I think Forbort is better defensively, and more physical. But DS doesnt really think any of the Reign players are physical enough, and they are not as physical as Schenn. But both Forbort and Gravel get to loose pucks and use their reach well, and are not the turnover and screen machine that Schenn is. Imo
