For the Kings ?

Always short for the Kings when they are on the road. They take late flights to get home Quicker.

Kings get out of dodge after road games.

Muzzin looked really good tonight. Very proud of his play this post season.

Muzzin and Doughty's Corsi/Fenwick is just off the freaking charts. These guys are dominant on the ice. Muzzin is a freaking Corsi god, he has topped the charts ever since he started skating on the top pair.

It's really bizarre, cause he does turn the puck over. He just keeps putting up these ridiculous possession numbers.

Muzzin/Doughty are THAT freaking good...Really crazy. Muzzin was a guy, Pitt wouldn't even sign after drafting him.

Well, they lost in game 6 in San José last year, so that ain't right.

They were 1-0 in 2012, they were 1-1 in 2013, and they are 2-0 so far this season, so that is 4-1.

Somehow, the Kings are still 3-2 in this series despite getting the first goal only one time in five games.

They need to come out roaring on Friday night and Quick has to pitch a shutout. He has to make up for this **** ****** ****iest garbage of game tonight. Just wash the stink off with gasoline for Christ's sake.

It's down right bizarre, Chicago is known for killing teams once they score first.

Chicago has blown almost every single lead they have had....Say what?
 
Oh well, Hawks are a good team. I didn't expect a win tonight but it was close. They need to finish it on friday. Another game 7 is not something I would like to experience, we have to lose sometimes right?
 
I am really not mad tonight, pretty calm, I mean I could be a Pitt fan.

Have two of the best players in the world on the roster, and can't get out of the second round(last few years). Just fired the GM , Coach is probably next.
Might even have to trade Malkin to get the roster better.
 
The one thing that has surprised me most about this series is how awful Chicago's defense has been. But tonight, the Kings defense (save for Doughty and Muzzin) was a lot worse.
 
F that game... Lewis.. how bout you cover that guy going down the slot? Oh he's not your man? Yeah better to pull off him and not cover the guy going to the net...

King/Stoll/Williams was ****ing garbage tonight. I just loved King and Williams had the I'm going to make a play attitude tonight. King with the puck at the blue line.. waits for his line mates to cause traffic in front of the net.. then fires into someones shin pads and starts the puck going the other way giving up a 2v whatever.... I know what King work on getting your shot through sometime?

Or Williams thinking he's going to make a play and his line-mates read off it and go on the offensive only to give up odd man rushes against. His flybys where he was going to grab the puck at "high" speed in the neutral zone from a stationary Hawk were just great. Williams flies by... Hawk says wtf was that? The Williams speed takes him out of the play and the Hawks just skate in the offensive zone.

Can we just get back the Williams who is going to go in circles and dump the puck in the corner back. So tired of watching that line think they're going to make a play and cough up odd man attacks against....

I mean **** when Pearson/Carter/Toffoli cough up the puck all 3 get back to intercept the puck and turn it around...

Oh yeah and King/Stoll/Williams when they face off in the offensive zone... puck drop Stoll wins... and the Hawks are in the offensive zone with complete controll in about 2 seconds....

UGH... maybe it was the food poisoning from Taco ****ing Tuesday... but man this game made me sick.

Edit: Probably better off with King/Stoll/Lewis because that way there is some speed on the line and everyone knows the play is going to be dump it in the corner and no one will get caught out of position... Only problem would be does a Clifford/Richards/Williams 4th line work? How bad could it be.

Edit:Edit: I know right.. just makes me happy seeing King/Stoll/Williams risk odd man attacks because 1 of those 3 is going to get a scoring chance.

If you would have told me we would be up 3-2 going home with a chance to win the series before this series started, I would have been ecstatic. With that said I'm having severe conflicting emotions tonight. Part of me feels that we wasted a golden opportunity, yet another part feels we were lucky as hell even being in that game considering how bad Quick, Voynov, Mitchell, and the 4th line were. Oh well, emotions are going to be insane around here if we blow game 6

What are some expecting, that we should beat these guys all the time and Chicago had waved the white flag already ?

Almost got four straights wins vs the Blackhawks.

Gave up 5 goals... bad penalties... bad play/reads .... Still almost won, but pissed away a great opportunity to close out the Hawks. 2 chances left to get it done.

You dont have to tell me that the Kings werent playing a perfect game. Neither was Chicago. These things happen, it sports. Now if we get to see this crap numerous times, than there is a point.

King/Lewis/Stoll....the three guys I have had on my trade list for awhile lol

I rather put Vey in for Lewis or King. Lewis is useless, king is the weakest big bodied guy ever. King needs to watch tapes of Franson from Detorit and copy him.

Edit: I'm not worried about the series, I knew we were going to lose game 5 as soon as Montreal beat New York haha
 
I've gotten every game prediction correct so far, and before game 5 I got the result would go either way, so a coin flip. And the Hawks won in OT. I predicted first game loss, then 3 game winning streak.

And I just figured out the next game. It's a win, and it's not even going to be close. Bookmark this page.

Cruel will confirm my predictions :) if you don't believe it.

My bracket before the playoffs was LA vs NY.
