Team looks gassed. Deano needs to make some moves in the offseason. It's amazing how far they have come with only a couple of guys playing for their lives.

I think him and Carter are perfect together. Maybe try Richards on the LW, I don't know but you have to keep Carter-Toffoli together.
 
Regehr is a relic of the dead puck era. This guy is going to be total liability against skilled teams like Chicago and Vancouver. That re-signing is looking worse and worse with each game this series. He is useful against St. Louis, but St. Louis has no skilled forwards.

The usual crowd will blame the refs, like they always do when the Kings lose. But this one is totally on the Kings, and it's because of the lack of killer instinct and the god awful PP, and the poor coaching doesn't help.

Thankful for what Sutter did last year, but sadly this year the stuff Calgary fans whined about are starting to creep into the Kings game plan.

What the **** is Sutter supposed to do when Kopitar and brown and playing like third liners? No Richards either. Jesus.

Penner-Carter-Toffoli were the only ones playing. That other 9 forwards were trash out there. Sutter was just hoping for something.

Quick gave up a **** goal too in the first. Should have been 2-0 when Penner scored.

This was a complete team loss.

I will only panic if Kopitar has nothing wrong physically. If that is the case, dean better tell him that there is no summer vacation in Slovenia. He needs to take his conditioning seriously.

Even at 100%, the hawks are possibly the better team. They are clearly the better team against the battered kings team we are watching. SJ has go be kicking themselves that they lost to this mash unit.

Bickell is going to cash in. Wonder if sather will give him a huge contract?

That won't be done, Richards is a terrible winger, why do people want him to play there ?

He is a CENTER PERIOD.

Richards could play third line though.

Maybe look at the bright side, he can't play worse than that....

That was just soooooo bad.
 
This wasn't Sutter's fault. What did he have to work with when Kopitar and Brown weren't doing anything? Nothing. That's part of having a salary cap in place, nothing you can do. Oh well.
 
im sad...really really sad...

let's just win one on the road, would be nice for the Kings to bow out infront of the crowd...

but then again, if they win that one game in Chicago, why not push a game 7 ;)

They may not have enough to not try and win 2-1.
 
As horrendous as Regehr was, his partner was no better and Muzzin was his usual self.

The Carter line did well here and there, fourth line as well, but the other two lines were completely invisible.
 
bummed, but not mad.

It's obvious Kopitar and Brown are hurt. You can't question the heart they have for this team.
 
The onus is on our best forwards to score goals and they haven't. No Richards, two amateurs named Brown and Kopitar, chasing the puck all night, sloppy defense, and an all around LAZY effort did the Kings in. Not Sutter.
 
If I was a Sharks fan, I would be pissed off.

The Kings are a shell of themselves, and the Sharks still lost to them.
