Avs have been favourites since last year and since the start of this year. Why would that change now?I guess u haven’t watched any east hockey.

Cool? Doesn't change anything. I guess ill send a box of cookies too for your back to back cups.Lots of dust going Back to back lol...weak sauce
Isn't MacFarland the main guy for that stuff? I thought he was their top guy at telling Sakic who to grab.first, Mack isnt some money hungry guy
second, gotta give credit to sakic. he realized his core of ROR, Duchene, Mack, Barrie, etc.. wasnt working so he took a couple steps back, retooled and got back at it.
meanwhile he grabbed: Makar, Girard, Byram, Rantanen during the retool. And traded deadbeats like barrie+kerfoot for Kadri and Toews for 2nd rounders That is some solid GM prowess.
Of course they count. What’s your point?Oilers fans are cute. ENG do not count.
Sorry the Red Sox have that trademark locked up
well f***ing doneI would call Oilers a paper tiger, but paper is useful and tigers are badass.
''If you're focusing on the refs,'' that would be you.Objectively the Avalanche are the better team, both in terms of individual personnel across the board, and playing as a team. Their commitment to team defense is really impressive, everyone gives their all and sacrifices their body for the goal they've all clearly bought into. Bednar has done an absolutely amazing job with this team.
Complain about refs or not, calls and missed calls go both ways. Every fanbase will have cause for complaint after every game. To say the Avs need the refs help to win is just objectively false. In fact, the Avs PP is so bad that it's almost a detriment. What is statistically factual is that the Avs are a dominant 5v5 team and do not need any help from the referees to put pucks in the net. They have shut the Edmonton team down on a nightly basis after that crazy game 1. Remember, in game 2 Edmonton had ZERO scoring chances in the third period when they were trailing. Zero. That's phenomenal commitment by the Avs.
If you're focusing on the refs, you're looking in the wrong place for blame. But, that's psychologically the easiest thing to do when your team loses. Avs are deservedly on the cusp of clinching this series, and no amount of different refereeing would change what the team is doing as a whole. Even tonight on the Edmonton PP, the Avs were the ones with several odd-man rush opportunities. So, if the referees are to blame and the only reason the Avs are leading in the series, why is it that the when Edmonton are on the PP they are being suffocated?
A cheap camping chair from Canadian Tire?“We don’t get called for our dirty shit” is not the own you think it is. Your team is only as tough as the league and officials allow them to be, but fold like a cheap camping chair when breathed on (see: Kadri).
Compher channeling his inner Chris Drury with that #37. He’s been clutch with some pretty big goals in these playoffs.Just watched the GWG again. Imagine being bodied by Compher like that?
Check the shots. Check the chances. Check the analytics. Check the series lead.Avs scored 2 on a couple of broken plays (including an own goal) and posters are saying things like "men against boys" .
Avs got some good bounces, Oilers didn't. That's the game.
Awesome...peanut butter please and thank you.Cool? Doesn't change anything. I guess ill send a box of cookies too for your back to back cups.
Yeah 2 games have been 1 goal games. This isn’t domination. Avs are clearly better but it’s not the landslide you’d think it was by reading HF mains.
I believe so yes. Just think the Red Sox 0-3 comeback in 2004 against the super elite Yankees was a bit more impressive . Of course i have Sox bias soDidnt Philly reverse sweep the bruins and Kings did the same to the sharks? I cant think of any other team in recent memory; if they are i'll have to check
Kadri out for rest of this series, at least. Karma's a b!tch. Sorrynotsorry.

So you are complaining about non-calls rather than the penalties that were called. OK.The MacK slewfoot was not deserved, I guess. The Avs repeatedly "accidentally" bumping Smith, or throwing Ceci into him were also, I guess, not deserved. Bumping the goalie every other play is clean playoffs hockey.. Some clear interference/trips on McD which were more obvious IMO than the RHN holding the stick call.
But no, besides two clear tripping penalties the AVS were very clean.
Like when he knocked out Faulk last year? Or the previous times he got suspended in playoffs for attempt to injure? Please.Karma is when you get intentionally injured for accidentally injuring someone else (who was clearly going to lose anyway).
None of that matters, it was a 1 goal game.Check the shots. Check the chances. Check the analytics. Check the series lead.
