Avs have like 4 defenseman playing better than any defenseman on Calgary. Colorado only loses this series if Keumper breaks down…which, unfortunately, is a legit possibility. Even with Colorado insulating Keumper, he’s still shakey. Edmonton could eat him up.

This is where the McDavid train ends. As well as the Oilers have played, the Avs are a completely different beast. Smith and Kuemper are equal, and we have 4 of the top 10 players in this series. The Avs are deeper, and I trust their defense more. MacKinnon is only slightly worse than McDavid, but the Oilers have no one that can match Makar.
