Thats my man
I have 4 heart doctors on top of the other 4 - 5 specialists that I see. Please explain to them that bacon is good.

(oh, I have lots wrong, but I play hockey 2 times a week, golf and play pickleball when the weather sucks. doing not bad for an old geezer.)

Its better to die happy than to live a long but dull life.

That being said, please limit your junk food intakes and stay healthy.
We gotta start a bacon cult over here.

Kravtsov is a nice insurance policy......a young scoring forward who was a former top-10 draft pick, maturing in a good pro league in Europe.

There's still a possibility he comes back to NA as a completely different player. Maybe in retrospect that's the approach they should have taken with Klimovich.

Are you any good at Pickleball? What are the rules even??My wife bought a set and i’ve not used it yet. I haven’t laced up the blades in more than a decade and i’m 53. Quit playing competitive fastball and even my fun mixed slow pitch league. The golf game is coming around a bit but I need an outlet.

Yes I am above average though certainly not exceptional. say the top 30 %. Do you have any racquet sports background, it will help.

It is an easy sport to play, and people at different levels can play with each other and still enjoy it. This is not true of any of the other racquet sports. As far as the rules go, there are YouTube videos and other sites where you can find the rules. Most places have decent facilities, and local clubs where you can get started.

There are indoor facilities in most areas, so you can play all year round.

I am a lot older than 53, heck that was my age when I retired. And that was before the Canucks were in the SCF. But I have thousands of hours of tennis and ping pong playing. As well as badminton squash and some racquetball.

Good luck

Recently fell in love with this sport. I plan on trying to play a lot next spring/summer. But indoor courts? Where are there public indoor courts, and when they have group drop-ins, do they only play doubles? I prefer to play singles (better workout/different fun)?

Edit- sorry Vitali, but maybe you play pickle ball too LOL

I have back problems that limit my mobility. (fortunately doesn't bother hockey much). So I find singles tough. As far as indoor courts go, check your municipal resources. Yes, it is mostly doubles. Most places allow you to book courts, so if you have someone to play singles with, should not be a problem. we have over 550 members in Chilliwack, and they are building a dedicated pickleball facility. 12 - 14 courts, indoors, lighting, plumbing etc. we have a number of outdoor courts, but the noise factor is limiting play on them. 2 indoor facilities, one uses badminton courts (we get 3 - 4 2 hour sessions a week) and one uses tennis courts (4 tennis courts fits 14 pickleball courts - get probably 8 - 10 sessions, and often get 70 people out, so 5 to a court. On concrete, so my wife can't play, too hard on her knees and back).
