LOL.Having an award for "Most Anticipated Game" that hasnt come out is weird as hell
Elden Ring is the game by the developers of Dark Souls in a setting/plot written by George RR Martin. It’s not my cup of tea, but I know a bunch of people who are hyped for it.LOL.
Elden Ring, please. I haven't even heard of that one. The correct answer is Horizon Zero Dawn: Forbidden West.
That's on you, Elden Ring is my most anticipated game by a mile.LOL.

The combat in valhalla is piss poor, glad i only spent 20 bucks on it. Its also too choppy in resolution mode. Tsushima has set the bar so high
Is elden ring supposed to be like dark souls?
It's described as an open-world dark souls in a story based in lore written by George R.R. Martin (Game of Thrones) and also made by the same guy behind Dark Souls and Bloodborne.
So take that as you will
Coming out late February 2022.

I liked Hades a lot, but there's not a ton of content. The game is built around replaying the same sections, though it does throw variations at you. Your weapons and equipment change every run, and you get some persistent upgrades, so there are reasons to keep going.Has anyone played Hades? Seems fun but limited. Hoping there’s more to it than just the four levels because I got to The Temple after only a few attempts.
It’s a really captivating game in terms of storyline and ease of gameplay but yeah, I got to the final boss probably my 8th run through. Haven’t beaten him yet but still I was wondering if I actually made it to the main boss after only an hour or so of playing or if it’s like an Assassin’s Creed thing where the intro was very long and then it opened up into a much bigger game but maybe not.I liked Hades a lot, but there's not a ton of content. You have to beat the final boss 10 times to get the true ending.
I almost always played with whatever weapon got the bonus, so I came to like all of them. Weapon effectiveness really depends on what boons you get. At first I didn't like the sword at all, but then I got a boon combo that let me chain AOE jumping attacks, so I had a blast vaulting around chambers slamming enemies. So they're all good with the right combo. It’s a really captivating game in terms of storyline and ease of gameplay but yeah, I got to the final boss probably my 8th run through. One thing that’s disappointing is the contractor upgrade options. Seems like there’s only maybe 10% of the upgrades that actually help you in gameplay and the rest are changing the color of the drapes or adding a fountain to the main hall or something. The other thing that irritates me is how rare it is to get Titan’s Blood. I’ve only seen it when you clear a level with a new weapon so upgrading your gear is a slog.
What was your favorite weapon? I got the furthest with the cannon but I kinda like the shield and the trident. I like the gloves a lot but there’s no distance option with them which makes the boss battles difficult. The sword seems useless but maybe I just need to upgrade it.
It’s a great waste of time game. If I have half an hour or so I can just do a run through and if I have to step away I’ll just set the PS to rest mode and pick it up when I get back.
