OT: Video Game Thread Part VII

I have not had an MLB game in a few years but I pre-ordered this year's entry. Is there still those guys that do the whole roster update? If so, can someone point me to where that can be found. Thanks!

It’s free on Xbox. I’m behind but soon I’ll be ahead. This is my year.

Can’t wait for my friends to grind Diamond Dynasty while I put zero work in and use their teams.

Diamond Dynasty is a grind so far since there is nothing really in the mode. I got the poor man’s Trout and that’s a bout it so far.

The last time I played there were people that did like FULL minors and added guys that aren't normally in the game so if you are doing a franchise you'd have like actual guys that play in A or AA fully in the Phillies system. They'd also update things like batting stances, etc. to make it more accurate where possible. I googled it and it looks like it was from a forum Operation Sports but I don't see anything about a current release roster looks like 2020 is the most recent year.

I tend to start my PCI high inside or at pitcher’s release point.

I think the prequels fit into the good bad movie category, where you know it’s objectively a poorly made movie but you can enjoy it because of the goofiness.

The sequels are just shit.

Yeah, that’s also part of it. I remember liking it as a kid because it was Star Wars and Jedi are cool and lightsabers are awesome and so on. But now that I’m older I realize that they're terribly made movies and still enjoy them because there’s so many funny stupid parts and lines and memes.

I walked out of the theater in Stockholm after "Attack of the Clones" punching my bestie in the arm and literally gasping with pleasure over that movie, no joke. The very next time I saw it I was like "The f*** was I thinking."
