I can't see the reasoning where a professional hockey team could be "confused" with insulated beverage containers.

We live in a world where companies slap their brands on almost everything. I have an NHL team-branded cup in my kitchen, and I'm sure Yeti probably sells shirts and hoodies with their logo on the front. There is likely much more overlap in terms of branded paraphernalia than most would think

Utah Hockey Club is an entirely fine name for the team, they should just keep it going like that, tbh.

And if the trademark office says no, just *redacted* them.
