Oh please, it's a recognizable name that they could trademark without issue. You know damn well it was a business decision before they started making money off of the name.

You realize the existing of more than one offensive name doesn't invalidate other offensive names, right?
I suppose Oklahoma and other such terms used in tribute to Native Americans are now offensive as the NA did not have input while naming that land.

We literally have an online speech police waiting to sanction what people say and don't say. Do you think this is right?

This is cancel culture, ladies and gentlemen.

The online speech police saying what you can and cannot do. You cannot name your product Cherokee. It's offensive. It's cultural appropriation. "I don't think so" Well we told you so. Trader Jose is offensive. Their opinion overwhelms social media and hits companies who may cancel or ignore the complaints. In the case of Uncle Ben sure cancel him, cancel aunt jemima too. But why cancel Trader Jose? Trader Joe's was right to keep Jose.

People are too soft these days. That was the whole theme of Cobra Kai, to stop being soft and stop giving a f*** whatever people thought about cancel culture or wokeness.

"You cannot say this."

"You cannot do that."

Who cares

That was not the whole theme of Cobra Kai

The funniest HF comment against Atlanta Braves was how someone seriously claimed that Braves was offensive because "it idolized warrior mentality"

And that's bad?

That was not the whole theme of Cobra Kai
The whole reason for Cobra Kai existing is Johnny's disdain of weak soft society

The show alludes to and mocks cancel culture and political correctness constantly. It points out the realistic "Internet mob" criticism of LaRusso, a white man, teaching Karate, an Asian art.

It's like you don't even pay attention to the show

Like all of s1 was ripping on soft culture and people unable to adapt to the harsh new world because they wanted to be protected by political correctness

It isn't politically correct to do this or that at Cobra Kai or chase away new recruits

Johnny "I don't care"

you acted indignant over the name though even though you OWN that car

do you have guilt owning an offensive car that is going to be cancel cultured

how did i show any anger or anything? show me what you saw...

all i said is I think it's fair to discuss anything that may offend and change it as necessary. that doesn't mean i'm personally offended or treat every situation equally. i don't understand why you're trippin' so hard.

Until he realized how that message was co-opted and corrupted by Kreese
He still did things his own way though without Kreese input. He was a little gentler but he still harbors blatant disdain towards cancel culture

Don't see why you always want to stick up for the cancel culture and outrage mob
