The problem is housing rates here are pretty expensive. This is one of the richest counties in America so prices are pretty high. A two level townhouse across the highway is in the 500's...

For as bitter and cynical as I am, I'm surprised I'm not even more bitter and cynical.

I have a good job and make good money, so I tell myself that I should be happy, but I'm not.

Like, what the f*** am I doing with my life? Outside of work, I feel like I'm nothing.

I can dredge up countless shitty memories in an effort to understand why I'm so broken, but that's just me trying to blame anyone or anything but myself. No amount of blaming my parents for being shitty people is going to make me feel like less of a loser.
