Two days at the new job and I already have concerns.

The money is spectacular. The work is interesting and motivating. The people all seem fine except for this young go-getter toolbag.

The work-life balance appears to be non-existent for them. That is not how I am able to live at this stage, I am not 24 anymore. I'll give it a few weeks but this just might not be the right fit, and it is a bummer because it is a dream opportunity.

UPDATE: I may have jumped the gun here. Achieved a good objective and everyone was very supportive. Will give this a chance as long as it doesnt negatively affect my home life.

I like Carolina trading for Baker, but it makes their trade for Darnold look that much worse.

Sure, you were in a situation where you needed a quarterback, so you overpaid, but then you ended up in the same exact spot one year later.

At least this year, the other team was stupid enough to put themselves in a situation where they had no leverage.
