I still have like 20 minutes left, but I've been kinda underwhelmed by the Avs/Wings documentary.

First of all, it should have been a miniseries so they could actually cover the whole rivalry.

Maybe it's because I'm a Wings fan, but I already know what happened, so you have to offer us something new. The interviews were probably the best part and we actually learned some new information, but there were many notable people who weren't interviewed.

It left me wanting more, which makes me further question why they chose such a time-limited format.

This guy seemed like such a prick in the documentary

Pierre Lacroix (August 3, 1948 – December 13, 2020) was a Canadian ice hockey executive. He was the president and general manager of the Quebec Nordiques/Colorado Avalanche from 1994 to 2006. After the Nordiques moved to Colorado in 1995, he built teams that won the Stanley Cup twice, in 1996 and 2001.

lirl, what? Sakic was drafted in the 80s and the Lindros trade happened before he became GM.

He was known for his astute trades, such as his acquisition of Patrick Roy during the 1995–96 NHL season that led to a Cup that season and his trades for star defensemen Ray Bourque during the 1999–2000 NHL season[3] and Rob Blake during the 2000–01 NHL season that also led to a Stanley Cup in 2001.[2]

Wow, taking such huge risks by acquiring 3 future Hall of Famers. (Not mentioned: Claude Lemieux, get f***ed)
