Thanks, the guitars and amps are mine but the drums in the background are courtesy of room mate, once the kit moved in so did he.

I have a reissue of a 1958 from their custom shop. I spent a few weeks checking it out and finally snagged it. This is the kind of guitar that goes in your will.

If nothing else, learning to play will allow me to justify* buying one of those some day.

Keep playing and have fun, I always feels like I'm back in my 20's when I pull one of the baby's out. The more you play the more you learn, and the more fun you have. Honestly, taking up a musical instrument is a good for a variety of reasons, especially if you live next door to @John Price

My kid likes to touch the strings, but every time I try to play she says "no no no" and pushes my hands away.
