Change the wallpaper on my phone, then I almost immediately notice that my text message bubbles are a different color, from white to yellow-ish.

I don't have adaptive colors on, why is it doing that

Oh, it's a setting that automatically changes your color theme after scanning the new wallpaper.

That's fine as a system thing, but to do it within apps is kinda dumb. I don't want piss-tinged message bubbles just because there's yellow in my wallpaper.

Good grief, what possessed you to post that again? :shakehead And you wonder why I and others think you have a Miami obsession.

Meanwhile, anxiously awaiting to see if the social climber attacks "Mike" again since she eviscerated him yet again this morning. Though I'd be careful if I were him since his platform is now under intense scrutiny.

It's possible to be admin and not have permission.

Such as a file being limited to only the creator.

File permissions are so needlessly complicated in Windows, as compared to Linux

there was a time when admins had all elevated permissions before windows started updating. now to simply move files into c:\program files you need administrator permission DESPITE BEING ADMINISTRATOR

"YOU'LL NEED ADMINISTRATOR PERMISSIONS TO DO THIS"

WELL I AM THE f***ING ADMINISTRATOR

"YOU NEED ADMINISTARTOR PERMISSIONS TO DO THIS IN CMD"

I AM THE f***ING ADMINISTRATOR

YOU SHOULD RECOGNIZE BY DEFAULT

That sounds like a security measure, otherwise a program could open an elevated command prompt and f*** your shit up.

Yet again, Windows making decisions for the average (stupid) user that makes things harder on the people that know what they're doing.

Do you have Windows 11

Do you f***ing see this shit they did to the right click

They give a simplified menu and when you click see more options they give them all. We'll you should give them all by default

I have ranted about this before. If I want to edit a text file, what used to be 2 clicks is now 4 clicks.

Putting icons in the right click menu is unbelievably stupid too.

What f***ing idiot at Microsoft said "The right click menu has been pretty standard since Windows 95 so let's completely change it so people have to unlearn what they've been doing for nearly 30 years."

Icons do not belong in the right click menu. I click and expect a list of words, but now you want me to play hiero-f***ing-glyphics to decipher what this tiny little thumbnail might do.
