I have ranted about this before. If I want to edit a text file, what used to be 2 clicks is now 4 clicks.

Putting icons in the right click menu is unbelievably stupid too.

Now takes two clicks to rename something. Stupid.

But they made an icon for it!

Someone actually thought it would be easier to recognize that icon than to simply read the word "Rename"

Go to do something on a Windows 11 computer.

Can I right click and create a new text document? No.

Open the Start Menu and start typing Notepad, yields no results.

Open "All Apps" in the Start Menu, Notepad isn't there either.

What the shit, Microsoft. I had to find a .txt file to be able to open Notepad

That’s a long-ass book all just to tell some f***ing derp “boil water, add a bit of salt to your boiling water, put in your pasta, and then let it boil for 5-10 minutes, stir it and WATCH IT so that nothing boils over.”
