I'd add this to the original post:
If we're adding a D, it should take the form of an upgrade on Beaulieu - otherwise we are putting ourselves in trouble for the expansion draft. But Beaulieu + 1st rounder should net us an upgrade (and be worthwhile for the other team too).
Up front, we have wiggle room for the expansion draft though.
