I've always thought Natalya is one of the better in ring workers in the division. She's just boring and annoying.

Nattie is basically that 4th line vet lunch pale player that is a big locker room leader and someone the coach loves but fans want out of the lineup badly for some skill player

She plays her role well enough. Her BOAT gimmick hasn't been bad as a lower card heel act.

I don't blame Lesnar at all for not wanting to do what Moley wanted to do. He's a mess, and he's gotten much messier in the ring since going to AEW and presumably being given more control. Lesnar has shown that he can and will make other guys look great.

I don't think that Luger was ever particularly good in the ring, not that it matters for the WWE hall of fame. As far as WCW, it was definitely on TBS in Canada in the early 90s, prior to 1994. I remember 1992 WCW and the build to the White Castle of Fear on Saturday mornings, for instance.

Yeah I am not as high on Mox as a lot of people. Sloppy as you said, goes to the garbage wrestling well too often. Feels like he has bladed every week for ages now. Really engaging, definitely think he was the right choice as interim champ, but not really my cup of tea. Wouldn't be my wrestler of the year

I don't really blame Brock for poo-pooing that stuff in hindsight.

Agreed with this. Moxley isn't good on the mic, his wrestling sucks, he looks like a bloated turd, and his gimmick is awful. If I am ever watching AEW, which is rare now, I change the channel or fast forward when Moxley is on.

If he turned heel and stopped the garbage backyard wrestling crap he would be much improved.

Havent been a WWE fan in YEARS idk if it was ruthless aggression and the brand split but could never get into dudes like

Cena
Batista
Orton(Young orton)
Sheamus
Shield

And some of the other dudes. Never got the allure of Cena.

Probably also stopped when I see alot of ex WCW guys get buried. The whole DDP stalker thing was dumb. Mike Awesome could have been a factor. Steiner came in and did shit.

At least Booker rose above idk if these are unpopular opinions tho

The stalker angle could've been a good one and DDP would've shined if they didn't ruin it.

Hell, just look at the pop when he took the mask off.

The issue was they decided to use it to squash him completely out of the company. I have liked Taker since he debuted, but I have to imagine even he feels he messed up going along with that burial

Some people brought up the lack of real women's tag teams in the NXT thread. I'll go the other way and say I wouldn't mind seeing them treat mens tag wrestling more like the women's

No "full time" tag teams who have no other role but when they're with their partner. No more guys like Erik and Ivar or the Revival that WWE doesn't think have the skillset to make it as a singles stars (especially Erik and Dash) and are not used when one of them is injured, those same weaknesses drop them from the show entirely.

There is still a lot of tag matches but primarily between individuals put together for that night or for extended storyline like RKBro. Tag belt exists however it's frequently held by two quality singles guys who aren't in the picture for singles titles. Like the stretches where Rollins and Ambrose held the title (2017 and 2018 range) or people like Ziggler and McIntyre. KO and Zayn, etc. Possibly drop one of the US or IC belts since the tag belt's usefulness is similar to midcard belt.

You definitely found the right thread for this comment. What a horrible idea lol.

NXT 2.0 is the best booked women's division in North America. It's nearly 50/50 every week, with singles title, tag title, and non-title feuds going on.

Two women in a non-title feud who have never been presented as main eventers main evented tonight and killed it in a really fun match.

Here is mine...I still don't enjoy women's wrestling and am perfectly fine with it not getting equal booking. Like only the truly top tier female talent don't make me turn the channel immediately and half the time I am still bored. I will take a better TV show over equal booking just to have equal booking.

Same here, I know they are busting their asses out there and working hard, it just doesn't do it for me. Even more so when they start breaking furniture and busting each other open or using thumbtacks or whatever. I am not a fan of Hardcore matches in general, and feel they are way overdone nowadays, when its two women doing it, it is an instant channel changer

Copying this from the wrestling thread at the SuperHeroHype forums:

- Asuka, Bianca Belair, Alexa Bliss, Bayley, Iyo Sky, Dakota Kai, appearances by WWE Legends Trish Stratus and Beth Phoenix, Natalya and Sonya watching backstage, Aaliyah and Rhea Ripley all on Raw. That's 12 women in multiple segments. It may be 14 if I am missing Nikki and Doudrop.
- Wendy Choo, Tiffany Stratton, Katana Chance, Kayden Carter, Indi Hartwell, Blair Davenport, Mandy Rose, Meiko Satomura and Elektra Lopez. That's 9 women in multiple segments.
- This past Friday: Bayley, Iyo Sky, Dakota Kai, B-Fab, Maxine Dupri, Liv Morgan, Jacy Jane, Gigi Dolin, Natalya and Sonya, Shayna Baszler, Shotzi, 12 women in multiple segments.

Sounds like having multiple women in multiple segments is something that is too hard for Tony Khan to do. Video packages do not count. The women either have to be backstage or in the ring.

I don't like the hardcore matches but that's with men or women. Though I do think there was a trend for a small bit where it seemed like the women thought they needed to blade or they wouldn't get over. It got so excessive with the amount of women blading like crazy.

I will say fans don't mind as much tolerating lackluster men's angles, why can't the women get TV time even if it isn't the best? They will never get over or improve if they are never on TV
