Wonder if the habs will call on Adam Fox. A chance to add a potentially meaningful prospect on the cheap. Idk if he'll sign here or not, but I'd make a call for sure... Habs seem to be doing pretty well in the NCAA ranks of late.

Fox still belongs to the Hurricane until next year and said he was going into his Senior year. Doesn't rule out the possibility of him signing with the Canes afterward but it sure doesn't look good.

The Habs are looking at a large incoming rookie class next season, they don't have a pressing need for the undrafted UFA's outside of getting a goalie or perhaps a LD and if they bring back LaCouvee then they won't really need a goalie unless a trade is made.

The kid I wanted us to sign the most, Hirose is on fire, 6 pts in 7 games for the wings. Will be interesting to see what he can do next year, needs to bulk up some and get stronger but had a great year in the NCAA.

No, because he's eligible for next years draft. I think they could've signed him to a contract last summer though.
