That hit on moore and G not doing anything is the reason why i pray he will not be the captain of this team.

I ****ing hate seeing that. Moore is a young guy... means a lot when a veteran guy stands up for a younger player on the team ... That has to happen, We have seen G skate away so many times from plays like this ....

Things like that makes me want the rangers to take the "A" away from him ...

Poo showed more heart and this is his first season with the team

It was a clean hit.

Stripping the A because of that

Pathetic

McDonagh was beastly tonight. He allowed nothing when playing in the defensive end and made great plays on the O zone. He is the best player on the ice almost nightly. We're lucky to have him.

i miss that show..... :yo: Larry David is amazing

It really does piss me off how soft Girardi is. Never sticks up for his teammates never gets nasty. For example, Prout tossed him like a rag doll tonight and he did nothing. Show a little heart, damn.

exactly. he shows up a game and then takes the next 4/5 games off. Lets see

I don't think he actually takes games off. However, I am a huge proponent of the opinion (aah, let's just admit it's a fact) that emotion is important.
I am really proud of the way the Rangers had emotion and used it tonight. They had some rough stretches where Colombus were doing some pretty good things and Henrik held the fort.

One thing is an unassailable, inarguable fact. You have to push back. You have to play with a chip on your shoulder, with emotion pushing you. It's a fact, not an opinion.

He went after the Jacket who hit Moore and saved the game from being tied late in the 3rd. Some people are never happy...

You wanna complain about someone, how about the "superstar" we traded for who had 1 shot tonight in over 20 ****ing minutes of ice time, in the most important game of the season. Girardi's a warrior, get real.

gotta agree with you there. don't forget the first round and second round pick going bye bye

Yea I really hate guys that don't go out of their way to take stupid penalties, he should have at least hacked Prout with his stick or suckered him in the face. Girardi is much more valuable to the team, especially on the pk, sitting in the box...

As for MSL, I was listening to the radio between periods and they brought up a good point, TB had a lot more right handed shots on that team, MSL could still be adjusting to playing with and feeding almost exclusivly left handed guys... Obviously doesn't make up for the ghost mode he's been in at times but that's an adjustment he has to make nonetheless

Wait a second, there are actually posts criticizing the lack of heart Daniel Girardi has? LOL

Girardi's play since the Olympics has been superb. Twenty five minutes a night of top-flite, shutdown defense. Would love if the Rangers had someone to kick the living s**T out of other teams once in a while so they don't take liberties like CBJ did tonight, but that guy needs to be a 4th liner. Would love to have Thornton or Chris Neil on this team. I don't care if Girardi fights, TBH

Might be my own agenda blinding me, but the brief times I saw MSL and Nash on together I thought they clicked pretty naturally. Really want to see them together. Overall I was actually impressed with Marty but yeah he needs a goal. Though nothing would be more endearing than getting that first against the devils.

Facts are inconvenient things.

some times i question if any of you guys played any organized sports... and I'm not referring to NHL 14

You need the closet guy to the play to grab him at the very least not a 4th line guy who won't be back on the ice for another 4-7 minutes ... To be honest when that happens 9/10 the ref calls a play on the hit cause he feels it must of been dirty or he might of missed it. I understand the hit was clean ... i understand G had a good game and he saved a goal at the end but these are the things the rangers have always lacked.

Was it that hard even after the whistle to go over to him, Poo had no problem dropping them after the whistle. Like Lundqvist said after the scrum Nash got into " We weren't losing this game after Nash Dropped the gloves"

I'm not saying drop the gloves over every push but Moore is a young guy in this league and it does numbers to a team development when a veteran stands up for a younger player on the team .... Especially a guy wearing an "A" on his chest
