Missed the first 2 periods due to my bday dinner, saw the third. Anybody got a YouTube of the Nash fight yet?

Anyone referring to anything as "infernior" needs help.

Well--the non-goal by Nash in the second period just about had to be in the top 3 most ****ed up calls of the season. It really rates with Janssens field goal--goal. So IMO the officiating just on that left a lot to b desired.

...but a gutty effort by our team. Those were the first two fights the Rangers have engaged in since game #47 against the Flyers. Definitely amongst Nash's best games with the Rangers. Girardi with a critical save at the end of the game and enough composure with his teammates running around in all kinds of directions to keep making plays to keep the puck on the perimeter. Stepan and Brassard as well with huge ****ing goals. Stralman a big game--two assists and a +3. Dorsett another unsung hero and Zucc with two assists. Henrik with a very fine game.

Hi everyone. I was just wondering if anybody had a replay of Dorsett's shot in the first. It definitely looked in to me. Thanks.

Hi, welcome!

I haven't seen any footage of this up anywhere yet, but it's probably coming shortly. In our game day thread, there were a couple of screen shots that appeared to show the puck hit the rear crossbar. It may have been an optical illusion. Thankfully, it did not affect the outcome of the game.

:yo:

Great game. Most everyone did well. Great comeback. Troubled that MSL still is invisible.

I'm getting used to calls going against the Rangers: When a player on NYR scores by stopping, it's a distinct kicking motion, but when a goal comes against them, somehow the foot needs to leave the ice for it to be a "kick."

I know its cynical, but I just expect the worst when it comes to officiating. Goes all the way back to the "play clock is not the official clock" fiasco of the playoff series vs Washington. (I'll be honest, there have been so many I don't remember which"

That was easily one of the most entertaining games of the season. Kudos to Nash for just about everything he did that game. McDonagh... I mean... I just... I don't think I could enjoy watching a Ranger player play and develop more than I have been with McDonagh. Hopefully, that's the kind of win and game that really brings a team together down the home stretch. Guys were fighting for each other all night.

If these teams end up meeting up in the playoffs and people somehow don't tune in, they will be making a huuuuuge mistake.

anyone got a still from that late 3rd period scramble in our own crease? it looked like we legit used a 6 goalie system with everyone in the crease.

Long story short, I couldn't tune in tonight. Looked at the box score and pouliot and nash got fighting majors?!?! wtf was going on?? And arty and kreider going at it?!?!?

That and the Neil goal against Ottawa. Kicked it right in. They say his skate missed it.

I loved everything about that scramble, you could tell they wanted to win that game by sheer determination

So when the Rangers play Colombus at Colombus is when Nash shows emotion and extra effort.
