I just finished watching Silo on Apple TV the other day. Very good show. I definitely recommend it.

Oh forgot to mention it, not sure if everyone already knew this but Sean Avery is in Oppenheimer lol. He has like a 3 second cameo during the Trinity Test scene. Totally didn't expect to see him.

I saw that he had a cameo before I saw the movie, and then when I saw it, I was like "Wow it's Sean Avery" and then I moved on with my life b/c he was just there.

This has been a complete review of Sean Avery's movie career, neutral and boring.

I think he’s also in a Maurice Richard movie where he has some extra scars and swings his stick at someone’s head? As an O6 Ranger?

Edit: I was wrong, but it’s even more entertaining

Shout out to Roy Dupuis and the TV show 'La Femme Nikita'

Such a dated but good show.

I'm binging on Welcome to Wrexham before its second season and it's great. Quite moving, in fact.

I just finished my GOTG trilogy Rewatch. If you didn’t shed a tear for part 3, you ain’t alive.

Such great movies - great job taking a non-A list property in GotG and actually making it an A+ franchise. GotG was definitely not in the big guns group of comics and the films have made them some of the most beloved characters ever. Yeah, RDJ as Iron Man is iconic and all the original Avengers are well cast and well done, but Quill, Drax, Rocket and Groot are honestly more loved, IMO. Thor with the Guardians is great too.

I am bold to say GOTG is the best trilogy/series made. I laughed, cried, was on the edge of my seat.

I got chills…

I wasn’t a big time Walking Dead fan but I watched it from the beginning with my wife because she wanted me to catch up when she was already super far. I was super surprised to see Yondu as Daryl’s brother. He’s just Yondu to me. 4ever. lol

The little cameo he had in part 3 was so awesome when he tells Kraglin to use his heart.

I dunno James Gunn is just a genius.

If you're curious about or into VFX and CGI in movies, I accidentally found a YT channel called Corridor Crew. It's definitely addictive binging.

Bros… where is the f***ing Lundqvist documentary? Does it exist? It debuted at the Tribeca Film Festival like 4 months ago and now it’s just in the ether? Not streaming anywhere? Anyone seen it?

Gojira Minus One

It's strange that Legendary Pictures has Hollywood rights to Godzilla with Toho continuing to make their movies in Japan.

Saw Sweeney Todd on Broadway yesterday. Excellent show even though I found out two hours before that the leads were not performing. Gaten did great as Tobias, he only has a few shows left.

Binged the entire series of Red Oaks on Amazon over the past week. It kind of reminded me of Caddyshack. Disappointed that it was only 3 seasons.

The Fall of the House of Usher on Netflix is a good watch if you like Mike Flannigan stuff (Haunting of Hill House/Bly Manor, Doctor Sleep, Oculus, Midnight Mass)

Wasn't sure about this, but now I'll give it look-see.

For those who covet UK productions, I highly recommend "Bad Sisters" -- it's got a bit of everything: crime, mystery, humor.

I watched this movie called The Gift. It's a suspense thriller. I thought there was a supernatural element to it, but it's a reality-grounded revenge-based potboiler. Stars Jason Bateman, Rebecca Hall and Joel Edgerton. It's from a few years ago and pretty good.

I watched Super Pumped a series about Uber, similar to The Social Network. I guess most of these big time CEOs are all obnoxious and extremely unlikable. Jospeh Gordon-Levitt was great and Kyle Chandler is always great.
