Been watching the Jeremy Clarkson solo special 'Clarkson's Farm' and it's VERY good. Didn't think a solo series of Clarkson running a farm would be more than 'good' but here we are.

Also, teaser for the new The Grand Tour special came out, for their Scotland special 'Lochdown'. Can't wait. Love those guys. Wish I grabbed the full rips of all their run on Top Gear off my friend's college server when I had a chance.

Back in the old TG days, my favorite ones were when each of them picked a supercar for a shootout and they savagely insulted each other's cars. And those episodes when they modded or created an abomination of a vehicle.

I haven't watched TGT -- I don't know why, but I should, plus this farm series.

It really has really aged well.
The plot is particularly creative for the genre. The performances up and down the cast are great. Amanda Seyfried is a riot playing the dumb blonde. Rachel McAdams manages to elicit sympathy despite her being the villain. Lindsay Lohan *is* Cady. She is invisible in that character. You're not watching Lohan act. And I nearly died with the Tim Meadows spoof of a certain movie principal trope.

Dunno about y'all but I'm chomping at the bit for the new season of both Yellowstone and Better Call Saul to come out. Oh and while I'm at it, we are way overdue for the new seasons of Peaky Blinders and Ozark.

I'm also very much looking forward to this new movie based on Tony Soprano when he just started to get into the "business" called The Many Saints of Newark that stars James Gandofino's kid in the starring role as Tony. Saw the trailer and it looks like must see TV especially if your a Soprano's nut like I am. OK that's enough for now...lol

You forgot to mention that a new season of Succession is also will be coming.

So finished binging Handsmaid Tale last night as it took around a month or so to view all 4 seasons and when all is said and done despite a few hiccup episodes which I didn't care for and tho far from being in my top 20 or so series I've ever watched, I liked it.

Very disturbing series with alot of the content firmly in the "shake your head holy shit did that really happen" category but some great acting performances especially from Elisabeth Moss and the actress's who portray Aunt Lydia and Serena...forget their names and to lazy to look.

Tho disturbing as I mentioned, it has a pretty good plot and I admit that tho I didn't think it would be the case, I'll watch season 5 whenever it comes out and would recommend to anyone who hasn't seen it, to give it a watch.

Started Animal Kingdom last night after that crazy wacko marathon Mets game and watched first two episodes. It's pretty good.

Anyone in here watch it and if so what's the skinny...like it not like it?

Watching Raised by Wolves (HBOMax) - it's good if you're into dark futuristic sci-fi.

I watched about half. It was too slow of a burn for my fiance. Love seeing Ragnar play other characters. Yes, Ragnar is the actor's name now.

So, I'm watching Snowpiercer on my TV provider. S1 eps. 1-5 are free, as is the entire 10-episode S2. But S1 eps 6-10 are locked and cost $3 each. WTF?

Best things in life aren’t free. ;)

Bit the bullet and splurged on the 5 locked episodes. Best $15 spent in a long time. Now at S2 ep 2. Really enjoying it. I think it's pretty solid writing and acting.

Watched The Outpost, a movie about the battle of Kamdesh in Afghanistan during Operation Enduring Freedom. This movie got a lot of hype when it was released. Solid movie, solid acting, and the re-telling of the Taliban attack on a sitting-duck US Army installation will light up your living room if you've got a good TV and sound system.
