She is the most over today because everyone is happy to see her back when it was unknown that she ever would return. But it’s not a mistake that business has been better when they got to the point where you simply aren’t on the main roster if you can’t work. There’s very few exceptions, like Maxxine or B-Fab. Character work isn’t going to save people from having bad matches.
Bliss was hardly working matches prior to leaving and was still arguably a top-3 most over female on the roster. Bray or no Bray, the woman is over and connects in a way with fans most women dream of.

If they even thought that, she would’ve been at the press conference last night. And she should have been. I think you also forget what she was doing before she left.

Definitely didn't forget what she was doing before she left.

WWE still likes surprise appearances from time to time. No reason to spoil the biggest surprise of the night for the women's rumble for a press conference.

Huh? The press conference is after the show

My initial reaction to the graphic at the bottom of the screen during the Rumble matches was negative. I came around to not mind it however it should have been lower on the screen. The bottom half of the graphic wasn't used so erase it and move the graphic lower so less of the screen is blocked. Other than that I could live with the information it provided and the countdown appearing there.

Yeah the info graphic was a good idea for the Rumble but could use some tweaking in size for next year. IIRC, TKO/Endeavor said they want to treat WWE "more like a real sport", I think when it comes to presentation of the product and bringing up stats is a good thing. I like that instead of continuous recap videos on Raw and Smackdown, they're putting "Previously: wrestler X defeated wrestler Y " type of notification screens in the bottom left of the screen. I like where they seem to be going with that sort of things.

Watched it tonight and approved of it overall.

Gunther/Uso seems like a lock for wrestlemania with a ton of options for the second slot to be hashed out at Elimination Chamber. I think Zayn or Owens wins the belt there and end up facing each other at wrestlemania in the other main event.

If not, it will revolve around the Punk/Heyman/Reigns storyline. Probably with Rollins as champion.

And we still don't know what favor Heyman owes Punk.

Seems pretty evident they're going for Cody/Cena for #17.

I did NOT expect that. Holy shit man.

I love the unpredictability in this case. Road to Mania is pretty up in the air now too. Curious what the chamber match will be. Punk/Cena/Styles/Roman/Seth/Drew? That's stacked if it's anything like that.

Cody/KO was the best ladder match I've seen in a while.
I'm actually hoping EC won't be to determine the #1 contender. They can build that match with Cody based on the current stories running.

I'd love the EC match to be for the IC title.

Bron v Sheamus vsKaiser v Penta v Gable v Dunne in the Men's EC would be an absolute banger.

That said... I suspect that EC will be Roman v Punk v Rollins v Drew v Sami v Cena

It's been that way in recent years. It's basically the challenger for the title Jey doesn't go for.

Charlotte winning made me want to strangle someone. Such trash. She doesn't need it and you can add that to the "welcome back, Charlotte, he's your title match" after this has happened like 10 times already.

I kind of felt that after she won we'd see something a little unpredictable in the mens Rumble, and we did.

I'm happy for Jey, but I feel short changed on that decision. Cool moment, but I'm not sold on him being the correct winner. He's not going to main event a night, either. I think they kick off night 1 with the Gunther/Jey match, which will make that Rumble win feel less. It's like "Hey, you're good enough to win the Rumble, but not good enough to main event"

I can get behind that. They did a US title one in MTL a couple years ago that included mid-card type guys including Theory, Gargano, Montez Ford, and some others. Rollins was in the mix too. It was a very good one.
