I guess Montreal should trade Price, since he tapped out of the entire season faking injury because he couldn't handle the pressure :sarcasm:.

These are the same people that can't drive to work or sit at a desk with the ***** , never mind playing goal in an NHL game.

Furthermore the Bruins scored one goal vs OTT, NJ and CAR. This choke is on the supposed goal scorers of the team.

so we can't agree with Cherry now? Is Don Cherry on your list? You can trash Krejci, go for it. have fun.

Don Cherry will happily bash an European player for the smallest of issues. You want to bash Rask for his stats, go ahead, I'll disagree he was the sole culprit. You want to bash him over a stomach bug that was widely reported to have been debilitating, than continue to make yourself look ignorant like Don does every so much.

I love Don Cherry! Old time hockey! He also said Roy and Cheevers would have played, call me ignorant, call me heartless, I dont care, the season was on the line.

And he played and **** all over the ice, figuratively and literally, you'd be bashing him all the same. It's not like he didn't even try to come out. He came out and was barely able to move around the ice, how is he supposed to move rapidly to make saves? The goalie was not even close to the issue on Saturday, like most of the Bruin's issue this year, it was the 18 people that skate in front of the goalie.

like i said. they have medicine for this that works.
its called zofran. if he took this before the game and stayed hydrated he couldve played. he is a pussbag.
he probably didnt even tell anyone he was sick until gametime.

How do you know he never took anything? Let the wild speculation continue.

Zofran is not even close to the cure all you are claiming. And it also has league-banned ingredients in it.

Martin Jones cap hit is 3 milliion. They went out and got Reimer as a backup and he makes 2.3. Assuming the Bruins might have done the same you're looking at 7.7 mil vs 5.3.

Not the huge difference you're making it out to be.

?????

2.4 more cap space. That (usually) means a whole lot in quality of player.

Arguing that Rask should have played in a game when he was affected by a stomach bug seems silly to me.

What I am much more bothered by as far as Rask goes was his attitude in the exit interviews. his "we got what we deserved comment" got my goat. Sure, they came up short and effort was in question. But there is only one effort he can be certain of and that is his own .

At least from interviews and articles I've read, Rask will call himself out, but he also calls out the team in front of him.

How much of that is rightfully directed in each case? I'm not sure, but pointing fingers at others when you are a part of it doesn't seem like a good way to approach it.

The guy I was responding to said that Jones over Rask would have given us 7 million to play with. I was just pointing out that it was a lot less than that in reality.

And Jones was unproven and there's no way of knowing if he'd have performed well behind our crappy D. Hard to say if it would have been a good move without knowing how that ~2.4 million would have been spent. We needed a D badly. Was there one available that we could have gotten with that extra money? Cap space wasn't really our problem this year in my estimation. It was lack of trading partners due to nobody wanting to give up good defensemen.

Hell baby
Bergeron has an absurd pain tolerance and wasn't ******** his pants and puking, but sure lets keep making this apples and oranges comparison with Tuukka

We all know Bergeron is one of a kind anyway, idk why people keep being ignorant to that
