Bottom line... if Fowler had the value ducks fans thinks he does... he'd be traded by now and Lindholm would be signed. He doesn't tho.

I think that other GMs probably know that Murray is over the barrel with his need to trade Fowler so he has the cap room to sign Lindholm and Rakell. They are likely trying to squeeze him hard to get a good deal on Fowler.

Trouba to Anaheim wouldn't be for Lindholm, I don't think. Much more likely to see a deal around Theodore or Larsson, with the requisite additions to even up value. Ducks would need to trade Fowler first, Trouba would need to be willing to sign a bridge deal with the Ducks, and the Jets might need to take salary in the deal.

Winnipeg retaining Trouba at 18%- - can't see it happening
Edmonton/NYI/ Det. 12%- hard to say

I'd almost think Nick Leddy might be in play here. What if it's a bigger trade where leddy and Hamonic come to wpg. Trouba goes to Boston perhaps Lowry also and Krug and maybe myers go to the isles. I'd suspect blockbuster stuff here

I don't think you have the faintest clue how good Leddy is. The Islanders are giving up the two current best defensmen in the deal, this is laughably abysmal. Myers and Krug are big downgrades. Probably the worst suggestion I've seen on here in the last month in terms of just being inexplicably stupid for one team.

Not happening. Boston will not fix the defense just creating a hole on the other side.

Sanheim = prospect
Morin = worse prospect
Hagg = doesn't belong in the discussion
MacDonald = not coming to Winnipeg unless paired with Provorov and then some
