This 100%All you can do is love them as if they did not have Alzheimers.
Losing a furry loved one is rough and can hit even years laterThe family pup passed about a year ago, my daughter took it particularly hard. Today she found his collar with all his little tags on it that I keep hanging on the coat rack. She took it off the hook and shook it, immediately sent a chill through my body hearing the jingle again and my face must have dropped as my eyes started to perspire ever so slightly.
"I'm sorry daddy, did that make you cry too?" Says the little one.
It did, but she need not apologize. All the memories came rushing back in an instant. I don't deserve them sometimes.

That is the most 'adorable' problem to have....

UNICORNS! SHOW PONIES! WELFARE FRAUD!
HR is not a punching bag. Please remember that.
Time for a glass of wine
HR is really there to protect the employer first and not so much the employee. I always see them as a biased mediator. They try to resolve things fairly but if S hits the F they're protecting the company firstI really need to see my HR person. I have been treated not so nice last few weeks.
for example I exit the bathroom yesterday and see a supervisor 50 feet away hands in his pocket staring at me.
later I was questioned about my bathroom activities. Sounds illegal. Can I not shit in peace?
