He’s tolerable. He has his moments of brain farts, but I think that’s more because he tries to be more of a OFD than a DFD, and wants to do everything himself. He’d probably be better in a more rigid system, but right now he should be on the third pairing. And even then, he should be with someone like Rosen (or Bouwmeester, for an older Blue).
