Did I read right the quote a few pages back that Gabby is on a line with Nash and Richards? If so, how come no one has commented on that since???
Something that has to be considered is that Bickel has most likely improved over the offseason. He is still young
Got tickets to Rangers-Pens home opener!!! Wooooooooo
Section 112, behind the goal.

ugh! Main board calling us "unbeatable" ... wtf, nobody is UNBEATABLE in the NHL.
Reading that thread makes me want to gauge my eyes out. The main board is unbearable sometimes.

You sure about that Ola? I think it may be the other way around actually... would be interesting to know though. I think at least for Fast & Lindberg since they are contracted by NYR that they hold the rights. Like at WJC and so on...
Kinda looks like a chubby Richards until I zoom in![]()
Hank has had a couple of seasons where he was REALLY slow out of the gate. 1 for sure. 06-07, he started off brutally.
Anyone have any guesses as to who may be brought in to camp on a tryout? My guesses:
Jesse Winchester
Kristian Huselius
Radek Dvorak
Mike Commodore
Just noticed this video...pretty intense...
As one youtube comment states "This is probably the saddest, most heartwrenching video I have ever watched."
Silvferberg and Ottawa last season is an example.
Link to article in Swedish stating that coach MÃ¥rts could have denyed Silfverberg from going to Ottawa untill the WCH was played:

Customarily, a Tortorella camp opens with two straight days of grueling endurance and sprint skating, no sticks or pucks on the ice. But this year there is no time for that. Tortorella ran his players through passing drills, line rushes and controlled scrimmaging.
“We don’t want to injure them — if we did the amount of work that we did in a regular camp on the first day, we wouldn’t be able to play,” Tortorella said. “It’s a different dynamic this year.”
Is there early chemistry between Brad Richards and Rick Nash?
How quickly can Henrik Lundqvist round into form?
Is Marian Gaborik all the way back?
Is Derek Stepan ready for a role as No. 2 center?
Who emerges as the third defensive pair?
Hahaha it does.
Yeah, I remember the game against the Penguins that I went to with Cartman27 and Crosby scored that ****ing goal off of Aaron Ward's leg to beat us. We lost 7-6.
He yelled out "You ****ing suck, Henrik!" as we left. I was like relax, that's crazy talk.
I'd like Winchester or Dvorak. Commodore, eh... not too sure about him. Won't be bothered if he shows up.
I feel absolutely HORRIBLE for Taylor Pyatt. It makes me hope even more that he does well in here for us. The guy just seems like a really good guy that's just trying to get his life back together and I sort of know how that feels.
Don't know if this was posted already...didn't find it:

Zipay then goes on to write that the Rangers will be looking for a depth defenseman before the trade deadline.

#NYR Clear that Chris Kreider must earn spot with team, not expect one. Torts said there "better not be any illusions" but doubts there are.
Andrew Gross @AGrossRecord
Regarding Kreider, Torts says he does not believe Kreider has "illusions" that his spot his secure b/c of playoffs. "Better not be."
Steve Zipay @stevezipay
Torts says rookie Chris Kreider needs to push to earn spot on the team. "He has gifts" but must improve all-around game, he says
