I think there are a few teams in on Reinhart.

I wonder if Eichel ends up in Calgary? I would like that. McDavid bs Eichel multiple times a year. I’m onboard

If Calgary gets Eichel, they'd be robbing Peter to pay Paul. Buffalo isn't taking scrubs and scraps which is 85% of Calgary's roster. I imagine Buffalo would want Tkachuk, a Dman like Valimaki and either a 1st round pick or a higher end prospect like Gawdin or Cody Wolf since Buffalo will need future goaltending. Plus I'd be wary of Eichel, he seems injury prone. On second thought, I hope Calgary does get him .

The Oilers have Mcdavid so let's get throw away even more futures just so we can get a player that doesn't come close to being as good. Never change Calgary.

That's totally what Treliving would be thinking too .

He's Borat's neighbor. Holland gets a glass window, he must get a glass window. Holland gets a step, he must get a step. Holland gets a clock radio...Treliving cannot afford.

He does look awfully fit. He might be another ageless wonder like Mike Smith

That’s why I’m hoping as well. It’s a win win for us. That injury scares me though if I’m a GM.
We drove down to Boston 4 times the last 8 years for sports. One year we seen BU vs BC. It was Eichel vs Hanifan. Eichel to me seemed to have an attitude.
I was paying more attention to the 7000 sets of lululemons in the stands but when I watched him, he has great hands but doesn’t go 100% all the time

I like Reinhart from Buffalo for a trade option, as well as Palat with TBL and i think we have what it would take to get them
Palat could come cheaper than you think for cap relief, him, Gourde or Killorn would be excellent targets.

im not big on Gourde, his cap is too high end contract too long for his production. Have all the time for Killorn though

Nielson thinks they may go with the Smith/Kosk tandem (bleh) but says Koskinen wasn't a train wreck. Then goes on to say the first shot on net can't go in every 4th game. That in itself is a train wreck. Gazzola chimes in with another unflattering stat Koskinen is a part of near the end.

Nielson figures Driedger and Gazzola Ullmark if they are to bring in a UFA goalie and dump Koskinen one way or the other.

I hope we don’t go with Koskinen again UGH. The guy is literally panicking in net before the game starts and he makes the team nervous as hell too. Keep him away from the team

Gourde has a full NTC . He is probably not moving. Palat has a 20 team list he can be traded to. He might bite on Edmonton since he'd be a natural to play with McDavid becuse of his strong work ethic and two-way ability. But it would be nice if he was more of a shooter.

Killorn hs a 16 team NT list. He's cheaper on the cap than Palat with an extra year of control, but I don't think he is as taleneted. So who knows what his cost might be.

I will continue to defend Ference, he gets far too much hate. But I guess the difference is that there wasn't a particular player for either Lucic or Ference to mentor, in the way that Keith would be a perfect mentor for Bouchard.

I actually did like Ference. Moreso with him, the supposed vet presence he was supposed to come over with and sprinkle all over our young D never really happened, but thats not on him, its on the fake narrative that continues to go around the hockey world.

Lucic on the other hand was a train wreck in every aspect. He then started whining about not having an old captain and yadda yadda

That Keith rumour was diceyyyyy. I really, really though Holland was going to bite hard (still could I guess)

Holland so far has changed my view from Holland Pessimism to Holland neutral with the Nuge signing and the holding off on Keith.
