I believe the Leafs could fit top 6 winger, good depth D & even a 3rd goalie if they weren't confident enough with (hopefully healthy) Campbell & Andersen, revolving reasonable contracts (cheapish to start with) & retention of course. A 3rd NHL goalie and extra top 6 or better D is not uncommon or unheard of for Teams going into the Playoffs.

LTIR him and let him hang around as a minimum wage consultant if his teammates need him as a security blanket. Watching your good buddy screw the team over every night can't be much better than him moving away.

Well apparently he's injured. So maybe they can LTIR him for the cap space.

They are just like media. Not apart of the bubble. Aren’t allowed lower than the upper bowl. So they go in a door, immediately up the stairs to the top, and into their respective area.

I believe they get rapid tested and temp checked before entry.

Pretty sure they have scouts based in Canada as well.

there will be loss either way ,,we go 7/3 it's one of derm/holl

we go 4/4 (because we got Ekholm) ,,that still leaves holl/derm but also *kerf,,,Engv

looking at things,,going 4/4 is not a bad deal for us
I’ve thought about this too, and if we add a D that requires and is worthy of protection then the only real change is that instead of choosing which one of Holl/Dermott we lose by protecting one over the other we put the ball in Seattle’s court as to which one they choose.
Heck they might pick Kerfoot.

Get Garland if possible

Is he really what we need? Another smaller playmaking winger. Also, how are we going to afford to pay him next year?

That being said, we could offer Dermott, Engvall, a B prospect and a 2021 2nd for Garland and Oesterle. Cap works. We would expose and lose Holl most likely (since we can choose to protect Kerfoot).

If we can get a 1B for Campbell before deadline we're laughing. Either send Fred to Robidas Island on LTIR, or get rid of him completely in a trade.

I like what I've seen of Galchenyuk so far.

If you we're expecting 30-goal Galchenyuk then obviously you will be disappointed but from what I've seen so far he hustles, he hounds pucks on the forechecks and he hasn't been a liability defensively.

He's noticeable out there and keeps his feet moving which is more than I an say for what Vesey did here.

Columbus keeps winning, starting to look like Foligno and Savard won’t be on the market.
