Then the team absolutely needs to add a top 6 forward. Drai has literally nothing to work with and RNh and Hyman are shells of themselves.
When Corey Perry is your 3rd best scoring winger and he is on the 4th line (where he should be) you have a problem.
If we can’t fix goaltending than we have to outscore our problems and we need another forward to do that.

Right? Like I get it, I want an upgrade on Pickard too. But after Bowman's moves so far, I trust him more than the shrieking doomers on here. We were expecting a depth fwd and depth dman, and got a top 4 guy and a great fit in Frederic who may be able to work in our top 6. Plus rumors swirling we aren't done with the forwards.

But yeah, keeping Skinner and that defense adding a puck mover who’s a liability at the back doesn’t give me much hope we can beat the Kings in the first round much less win a cup.

Yeah it's possible but I think new jersey is still trying to win this year. Markstrom has injury concerns and Allen is the better safety net.
