With all this talk of Callahan being traded and Girardi resigning and making him the Captain which is the worst mistake they could do because Girardi showed his true self in the Carcillo incident with Gaborik. Make McDonagh or Staal the Captain and deal Girardi to Montreal for Tinordi.

MSL is going to play until he's 42-3, replace the leader we're losing (who wasn't a very good one), he'd turn the Rags into the fastest team in the league and just maybe we'll finally see a player crack 82 points in the next 6 years.
