I guarantee this is legit. EVERY TIME booms has dropped a hint on twitter or his show it has gone down. His source is legit...he dropped kevin kleins name on the morning show in november. Now we see what happens once freeze is lifted. He says its "inevitable and all about business and $$). I think its cally and I think stl wants him with backes after that great tourney those 2 had together.

Interesting.

He tweeted that the only thing holding back Callahan from being traded was an injury. Could be a mistake with Zuccarello's long term injury.

In my own fantasy world it's Callahan for something "shocking" and "huge".

But in all honesty, If Sather pulls a rabbit out of his hat and snags a top young player from a team desperate, who is deep enough to outbid every other team for a solid piece to the Cup, I would throw a party.

Yeah I don't even know what I would do honestly. But I'm pretty sure my neighbors would know how excited i was.

Also, regarding the Boomer thing; If it were the Rangers involved in this rumor he's hearing, he said "shocking" and "surprising". For the sake of trade talk let's consider this: The Rangers trading Callahan wouldn't be shocking or surprising. The return on the other hand...
 
Not sure what we could get from Columbus. I don't think Jarmo is the type of GM to fall into the intangibles hype as he's very much into the use of non-traditional metrics to evaluate players. Callahan is overrated based on those. But perhaps he feels he can rekindle his best season by re-uniting him with Dubinsky. I would ask for Rychel and call it a day.

Asking for Dubinsky is a pipedream. He's far superior to Callahan at the moment and is signed to one more year.
