I think only way Habs make a trade now is if somebody makes team they aren't expecting. A Kapanen beats out somebody. Or they make a move cap related once Price goes on LTIR.
Many players are UFAs and likely not returning: Armia, Dvorak, Savard, Pez, Evans, Connor Hughes, Gignac, Condotta. The Habs will attempt to sell them at the deadline. Trades will happen during the season. Gallagher and Anderson are also mentionned in trade talks.I think only way Habs make a trade now is if somebody makes team they aren't expecting. Columbuswho's close to the floor that can take Dvo?
Dvorak 50% for Turcotte, '26 2nd (3rd if Dvo has a bad camp)
What do they have to give?
Not at the full $4.5M cap hit they won't.Someone will take Dvorak
Every contending team need depth on the Center, especially someone good on the faceoff
Maybe not at full cap and I don’t think it’s the best moment to trade him (probably more at the TDL)Not at the full $4.5M cap hit they won't.
Nothing.. pick !What do they have to give?
So a 1st for Dvorak? They don't have any 2nd.Maybe not at full cap and I don’t think it’s the best moment to trade him (probably more at the TDL)
Nothing.. pick !
A match made in heaven.
Yeah. Can't use the retained spot for less than a 1st.Maybe not at full cap and I don’t think it’s the best moment to trade him (probably more at the TDL)
Nothing.. pick !
We haven't traded with the Bruins in how many seasons?I could see Dirty Bruins taking Dvorak.
I had to research this. 3 trades in 60 years. 2 of them in the 60's and another one in 2001 for Patrick Traverse. We haven't traded with the Bruins in how many seasons?
