He add depth because you're not giving up anyone for him. He also add experience, something we lack and Korcazk also lack. As a bonus you can send him right back where he came from if he stink.

I'm never been a fan of picking up stuff on the waivers, but this one would make kind of sense.
He's a tweener. Lindstrom > Fabbro.

I would take Korcazk in a heartbeat exactly who we need. Korcazk or Whitecloud are exactly what this team needs. Apparently Vegas has been open to trading Whitecloud in the past.

Hutson - Whitecloud or Korcazk.

Wouldn't touch whitecloud with a 10 foot pole in a fish bowl like Montreal. The guy falls apart crying if you make fun of his name for god sake.

I'm sure that's a result of extreme racial prejudice that's he's endured. Something that you're unfamiliar with apparently, lucky for you.

He's an excellent defensive defenseman and would be an absolute upgrade on both Savard & Struble.

That's a funny assumption to make about someone you don't know. You think having your name made fun of is necessarily racist? If so, you're already wrong in your assertion.

You gotta seriously grow up.

And that's perfectly fine since he come with no strings attached. Lind stay where he is.
Then why claim him and not just call up Lindstrom?

I think you're being insensitive to make a stand for right-ish views. People can demand respect for what ever they want.

Yeah he's a left shot but he does play the right. He's been mostly used on the 2nd pair with Hanifin. Probably not optimal to add yet another left shot but we need quality players.

I mean I love Hague. Trading for him hopefully means we eventually move on from Matheson. I definitely think Vegas has what we need. We just have to convince them that they need to give one of them up.

I think they may want some forward depth. They have Pearson on their third line right now.

Luckily for us, we have nothing to offer LOL

Yes, it seems to be those who believe that they can mind read who group themselves along these lines. You can assume lots of things about everyone else except the guy who broke down crying because someone made fun of him in the lightest possible way and needed to make it a social justice moment to not look like a big ol' baby. My point is that he's too soft for the limelight. You and the mod haven't really made any points against that assertion, only engaged in vague ad hominem and character assassination for lack of one.

I'm not the one who needs to grow up, dude. You're the one cheap shoting him because he cried not me. He's proud of his name and where he came from, and he has a lot of good reasons to be.

You criticizing that just shows your own immaturity and apparent lack of awareness of his situation regarding his name.

The guy is a good player that's all I care about.

Did he cry? What if he did? What if he cares about his heritage? What if he saw a difference between a TV announcer and a random fan on the street?

It wasn't an attempt at a cheap shot, that's your assumption. You seem to be going far out of your way to protect someone for what I can only guess are political reasons. I shouldn't have to remind you that this is a hockey forum, do I? I'm not going far out of my way to criticize a hockey player who cries when poked. If you think it's normal to cry, as an adult, when someone makes the lightest bit of humor at your name, you're an insecure child. If you think that's the kind of player that survives in Montreal, you're once again deciding to leave your hockey analysis hat off in lieu of another. That's a you problem.

I'm sure you care about your heritage too, but if all it took to get you off your game was a comment about toilet paper, you wouldn't be well suited for a very high pressure job where people are constantly shouting and jeering at you. That's all I was saying. I didn't say he was a terrible player or person, just that he's not a great fit for a really rough market. You saw the Reinbacher stuff the same as I did.

There are NO solutions except for the team improving. Other than changing the coach if they believe he is a problem.
They are solutions for the short term. Getting a veteran RHD to take some Icetime instead of overplaying kids. Get an actual 4th line. Get actual presence in the locker room.

Just waiting while doing nothing gives us nothing at short term or long term except overused players
