do it Chevy... Can't have Dillon, Samberg and Stanley on the same team. not to mention Heinola waiting for a spot.
In a way though how much do you think other GMs appreciate having one dumpster team in the Cap era, where any mistake you make can be traded away? The NHL sure as hell doesn't want a team playing in an arena smaller than the Wheat Kings capacity in the playoffs, At least the Coyotes are being realistic about their current revenue potential and investing in semi-retired players that insurance pays for.I've been saying this for the last 3+ years. You have an owner with deep pockets who wants a bargain team and an arena there. The NHL just can't admit that they failed there and that it will never succeed,
Please no!marek thinks there is alot of interest in jvr right now and vegas and the jets are in on him
ltir covered by insurance gives them the ability to trade other contracts cough schmaltz cough and still be at the floorSo much for AZ not being willing to take back $$$ and cap hit.
Voracek doesn't cost much this year but gets 7.5 mil next year.

That's actually f***ing hilarious.
friedman said after the nino trade that there has been a lot of talk around stanley and people were surprised he wasn't trade in the nino dealWho is this guy? A Blues insider? Strange source, unless the Jets and Blues are talking, and I can't see Chevy trying to get any of St. Louis's NTC top 4 d-men. Bortuzzo though, he might be a good fit for the same role, different side.
I like Big Stan, he hasn't exactly shown he can dominate, and any player wants to play rather than sit, especially young players, so we'll see how this one plays out.

If (if) Chevy is done, what was the point of the Nino trade? Seems useless in isolation. Like changing one tire at a pit stop.
Quick to Vegas is amazing for several reasons.
Chevy should be kicking tires on Parayko.
can we just hold up on the "chevy isn't doing anything" comments until after the deadline is over...
Full NMC, no way he waives to live in Winnipeg.
Quick to Vegas? Lool
He probably should, but would Parayko waive to come here? I mean maybe the allure of playing top pairing with Morrissey is worth something. The other thing to consider would be the asking price. Stocking St. Louis last time came back to haunt us. Though the ride with Stastny was fun, and Parayko isn't a rental.Chevy should be kicking tires on Parayko.
We showcased Stanley last game, and that didn’t go well. I guarantee some GM sees a 1st round reclamation project and will pay accordingly though, hopefully with a player we actually need. I also find it a bit ironic that he requested a trade when he’s bad, and the organization went through hell and back to turn him into an actual NHLer. Whatever.
I’ll be telling my grandkids about the 2023 NHL trade deadline, this has been a beaut
We didn't showcase him, we had no forwards available and needed to dress 11-7 to dress a full roster.
