I do not think we have the roster to make any noise in the playoffs this year. That said, getting there would do wonders for the current players and the relationship with the fans. I do not think spending assets for high end rental moves the needle that much. I would however like them to add some protection to the roster so teams do not take as many liberties. I would like to offer a package and bring Foligno home from from Minn. It may cost less than we think, good guy by all accounts in the room and can throw hands if needed. The seconds and maybe a Poltapov Neuchev and Ollie or Motts could be in the package. I fear as the playoffs near, the refs tend to swallow their whistles and I do not want to see bright spots imjured.

Yup. The options for a Chychrun deal are rapidly disappearing. If EDM lands Ekholm it really gonna be interesting to see what happens to him

I can't wait to see how their offseason goes. Obviously it's great they are loading up, but their cap situation next season looks ugly right now, especially if Muzzin is healthy.

Seams like a underwhelming return with the 50% retention through next year.

That Chicago GM is not great at getting value, less then expected for Debrincat and Dach, nothing for Toews probably not that much for Kane either. good. f*** them.

It really is. Im still dumbfounded McCabe returned a 1st round pick. Not saying it wasnt warranted since I haven't watched him play much. Im just surprised.
